I have finally finished it!  Here is a life-sized Barn owl made of various types of wool.  He stands 10 inches high and is 12 inches long from the bottom of his tail to the top of his head.  There is wire inside of his body, wings, legs, and feet. He has plastic eyes and his beak and talons are made of clay.
